Take the completed application along with two pieces of identification (one photo identification) to the police station between 8:30 and 4:30.  Once the screening is complete (about one week), you will need to return to the police station and sign the screening forms.  The forms are then received by the Ingersoll Block Parent Program and your references are verified.  You will then be contacted to arrange delivery of a Block Parent sign.
